The Alaskan Tactical AR-15 Wall mount system is designed around the same dimensions of a standard magazine giving it the same locking and push-to-release functionality of a magazine. This allows you to mount your rifle in any orientation without risk of falling off.

The lower dove-tail slot is designed to hold most plastic magazines inserted upside-down, giving your wall-mounted rifle an "extended magazine" appearance.
